I would like to see those goobs out in Cal send a cease and desist order to Singapore. Fat chance. I think they would receive a great big bird from the Orient.
If we can round up a few more "Wine Garages" I think we can get Stan Chesley to take this on as a class action suit to overturn the federal trademark ruling!!!
Not to question your creativity or originality, I would venture a guess that there would be quite a few Wine Garages out there.
